Ancient Egyptian Bronze Statues and Artifacts for Sale
All my Egyptian artifacts were legally exported from Egypt prior to the 1970 UNESCO Convention, and subsequent international trade laws regarding antiquities. The items are from old American and European collections... many purchased in the 1920's, having resided in private collections ever since.

Egypt, 26th Dynasty, 664-535 BC. A bronze situla handle with the head of the goddess Hathor, wearing a broad collar, on each side. Some loss to the top and bottom ends and nicely patinated with a red-brown patina. H: 3 1/2" (9 cm). Mounted on custom base. Ex Southern California collection. A fantastic piece! #sit0938: $1250

Egypt, 26th Dynasty, 664-535 BC. Beautiful large bronze statue of Horus / Harpocrates. To the ancient Egyptians, Horus represented the new day... the newly risen sun. To the Greeks, he was called Harpocrates. Shown in walking form, right hand held to lip in classic style. He wears the double-crown of unified Upper and Lower Egypt. On custom wood stand. He wears the double-feathered Atef crown with uraeus, and holds the crook and flail, in mummiform fashion. On back is a small, crude engraved cartouche. Measures 72 mm (2 3/4 inches) tall.
